I can't see why you couldn't drink everything your body needs even for performance. I don't think it would be very cheap tho.
Let's say on very basic terms we was making it ourselves with whey protein as the base then on top of that you've got the fibre (the amount of fibre you need in a day just from supplements would be costing some amount!) Then things like magnesium and potassium aren't cheap. And a mulitvitamin wouldn't do the job if you wasn't having any foods at all. So it wouldn't be cheaper than eating.
Unless if ya really thought about it you live on shakes and veg and get everything I'd say... Just a random thought lol
As far as the veggies,.., you take a supp called superfood, that's basically fruits and veggies. I imagine any greens supp would do the trick.
