aaaaaaaaaaand the bet is over. i lost 20lbs for a roughly 9% weight loss and my brother in law lost 22lbs for an 8.3% loss. We decided to split it because I didn't feel like cutting 10+lbs. tomorrow in the sauna and we were really the only ones still doing the contest. So it's $75 ea.

looks like daddy's getting a new gi!
 
Nice!! Enjoy the gi - I just got some new nogi shorts for my birthday...they're awesome.
 
Don't take this the wrong way but you were willing to cut water weight for a family contest? I think that's a little extreme. But otherwise good job, I could not imagine drinking 3 gal of water in a day.
