Sorry farmer fred Stipe fan. Most American viewers could understand the African and not the American. He was fucked up and won by wrestlefuck as well as not being able to finish a man who was gassed after 2 minutes. Stipe says himself that he felt Ngannou was gassed after 2 minutes. Yet he fought like a bitch. Sorry your hero is a bitch.

If that's the case, I apologize...to absolutely nobody. Suffix "esque" is used to denote resemblance, and was used properly in this case, being that Stipe's head movement in that gif did look a lot like something Anderson used to pull back in the day.

Actually, according to Fightmetric, Francis and Stipe were tied for distance and clinch significant strikes in round 1. Total strikes includes tippy tap ground punches which probably made up the majority of the rest of those total strikes in round 1.

It looked like NGannou was telegraphing his shots days before he even threw them. I love Stipe but him calling out Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder recently is hilarious.

Most underrated thing about his performance. That wasn't Silva-esque, that was more impressive than Anderson Silva's head movement ever was.
