Lets cut the man some slack. bringing up some old stuff etc etc calling him out on nonsense that is not true and look am not even DC fan. DC has absolutely no history of pulling out of fights. It's a rough sport and people get hurt. It is what it is. And I'm not even remotely a DC fan either.

anyone who actually thinks DC is ducking is a moron. What the fuck purpose would it serve? he'll still get called the fake champ and accused of ducking. Will have no monetary gain from sitting on the sidelines for however long. Will have zero benefit from not fighting Jones win or lose. Even if DC thinks he'll lose why would he duck the chance to fight a ring rusty Jones? Thats easily his best bet. Even if OSP gives him a hard fight (which certainly isnt likely at the betting lines) would it make any more sense to a pro fighter to HOPE for that situation and give his opponent a chance to get back into fighting shape? If DC was dodging the fight and Jones got scheduled to fight a real boogeyman in the division then it would make sense that DC was hoping Jones would get knocked off. Thats not the case.

Makes zero sense, its just a DC hate thing. Its funny too cuz people hate Jones so much idk why they woudlnt love DC lol.

After my initial disappointment at the destruction of the card, I actually like that Cormier pulled out. This gives Bones a tuneup fight, so when he and DC go at it it'll be at close to 100% no excuses.

Now if Bones loses the tuneup fight.... then so be it.

At the press conference he kept noting how he hadn't done the things Jones had done and was chiding people for cheering Jones. He also takes easy cheap shots on Jones which comes off as insecure.
