Let's be Honest... Gorillas don't Kill Lions

You called your 8 yr old nephew a sob?

Not very nice to him or your sister. I bet you also tell him to get you a drink.

yea cuz Gorillas dont get hunted and eaten by Leopards, which are 1/3rd the size of a lion, regularly

Seems like that's making a stretch.

1) Are there credible eye witness accounts or, better yet, video footage of leopards attacking gorillas?

2) Are the gorillas full grown males? Young gorillas? Old/unhealthy gorillas?

3) Do the leopards attack straight up or ambush the gorillas?

If we put a healthy adult leopard and a healthy adult silverback in a cage, I think it's pretty safe to say on most nights the gorilla rips the cat apart. Gorillas are also known to use sticks and rocks as weapons.

Maybe it's different in the wild where big cats are well known to attack the weakest in the group and do so by surprise.

But we also have to consider the fact that gorillas don't exactly make meat the primary part of their diet so they aren't going to hunt leopards. Not killing something because it's not a normal part of an animals diet is far from being the same as not having the ability to kill it. There are plenty of accounts of adult male water buffalo fucking a lions shit up to defend the herd. If they wanted to kill lions more often, they're perfectly capable, they're just dumb animals and don't want to expend the energy for something that isn't part of their diet.

Lion would wound a Gorilla real bad and then handle it easily.

Tigers have a problem with Lions due to the Lion's mane protecting it's throat area. Tiger and Lion fights are a toss up. Grizzly Bear would own all no problem.

I've seen tiger vs lion scraps and the tigers are MUCH quicker. The lion don't move like it moves, it don't tink like it tinks....

Kodiak bear comes and kills them both, takes all the bitches.
