Lets all be honest here, Conor dont make it out of the first like Edson did... Conor taps in the first or gets finished, Conor has worse ground game then Edson, this would of been a wrap in round 1.
 
Conor is too high level for Khalib.

Striking god tier
Grappling high tier

A top level guy like Conor doesnt lose to the old one dimensional grappler LOL this isnt 1995
 
TDD isn’t as good as Edson and he doesn’t have the ground composure to survive. He could catch Khabib but it’s unlikely.
 
Let's be honest. Conor doesn't make it INTO the first.

The dude hasn't fought in 14 months and he is still all anyone talks about.
 
I feel like if Khabib didn't like and respect MJ and Barboza so much, he would have been a little meaner lol.

He gently tweaked MJ until he was forced to tap, if that was Conor there, he might have been looking at multiple ligament reconstructions lol.

Conors grappling is mid tier at best.

Conor has never fought anyone as good as Barboza at 155 btw.
 
Let's be honest, everyone is way too damn freaking tired of seeing Conor talk. So let's be honest and let's stop talking about him until he actually fights.

If Conor doesn't catch him coming in, khabib rag dolls him, easily.

Also, khabib has way better cardio.

Conor gases first round if khabib takes him down early.

Its the start of the fight and Conor wants to show Mini Mendes how little he cares about his greatest strength, so he throws a long, leaping, knee aimed at Mendes' chest. With no set-up. He gets taken down mid-air. Then he instantly gets up again.

They are against the cage a second later. Mendes has both his arms on lock around Conors thighs. Perfect TD opportunity. Mendes tries. Conor denies it.

In literally 20 seconds Conor managed to completely overwhelm and mentally fuck Mendes. In just one sequence he showed him 1) I dont care about your greatest skill, take me down bitch and 2) If I want to stop you from taking me down, I still can. Chad "I pump my body full of HGH" Mendes was shook.
 
Conor is one of my fav fighters of the last 10 years. But I don't know honestly if he will ever fight again in the UFC? It has nothing to do with being afraid of anyone. That narrative people have tried to invent is nonsense and they know it. He called out the best and wanted to fight the best from day one. BUT the UFC made a massive error in allowing him to box Floyd. 100 million richer. Conor is all about that money now more than ever. He is making demands the UFC frankly can't allow. Co-Promotion he has discussed and who knows what crazy guarantees he wants? 50 mil or so? Why not he just made 100? UFC should have held him to his contract and they would not be in this mess.

Nate and Eddie are shit wrestlers.

Mendes took him down 4/7 times.

Also Mendes was clean for that fight, it was on 10 days notice so he wouldn't have time to cycle off.
