Yes they do. There are clinics whose bread and butter is testosterone prescriptions. They can prescribe as much as 400mg of pharmaceutical grade Testosterone a week which is about as potent as 800mg of testosterone from your gym dealer. Of course you’ll only start out at 200mg a week but the longer you’ve been a customer the more you’ll get. If you’re really lucky they’ll prescribe anavar and even halotestin.

You can bet your ass fighters sought out these doctors when TRT was allowed and many of them probably still do.

In theory doctors are only supposed to prescribe you enough to reach “optimum” levels but there’s a lot of ambiguity over what that means.

Edit: I should clarify; some people seem to think that because TRT is prescribed by a doctor that it is not performance enhancing to the same extent as a “gym cycle” when it most certainly can be.

I used to be conflicted about it. Especially since the science is still out on long term use. TRT from 35, for life, is a long ass time. But with 35 coming up its like eh...curious to see what the fuss is all about.

I'm still 4 and a half years away so let's see science catch up a little bit more.

Trt stands for testosterone replacement therapy. Testosterone is a steroid.

My fear is, once youre on it, as I understand, your body can never produce it as it should be able to after
I've always heard that about steroids. That when you're on it your body stops producing testosterone naturally because your body recognizes the abundance of it in your system. Then when you stop taking it artificially your body just doesn't kick start into producing it again.

That's actually a scary thought.

Look up Vitors testosterone levels for when the UFC tried to cover up his test results and get back to me.

They were getting TRT and sending their levels through the roof.

Not to mention, the only reason these guys would need TRT is because their natural test shut down due to steroid use.

Big Foot is the only big name fighter that comes to mind that legitimately needed TRT.

I don’t see where me and you disagree.

Did for a year when I was 42 alongside HCG from a Test Doc. Was powerlifting at the time and saliva test came back saying I had Test of 65 yo man -bad. Anyways got fricken huge and strong , hair got thin as shit and (alongside phenibut) demanded sex from my wife 3x day or else i get enraged . Quit after a year due to the above (well some of it) and my Test levels remained high for about 6 months. Then i started fucking with prohormones and that sent it into a tailspin. 47 now and Test is Low/Midrange -keeping lots of mass and vascularity is much harder but in pretty good shape overall. I think the HCG was crucial in not letting your body shut down its own production
