I haven't felt my heart sink like that in a while seeing a fighter lose. Pico could have been the new A-side. Once Topuria KOs Islam and retires, Pico could have been the guy to draw him out of retirement. That's all gone now.

I know everyone says he has a 'bad chin' but honestly who knows, he always finds a way to get brutally slept by enormous shots that would KO anyone. It's almost like slapstick comedy watching it happen to him over and over.

Sometimes greatness just isn't in the cards. I believe Pico does everything right. Disciplined, earnest, skilled, in shape, and a true professional within in his craft. However, Mr. Murphy, appears to be of the same mold and came out on top. I think that's the end of championship dreams for Aaron, brutal knockout and the third in his career. Why do I think this? I think he lacks fight IQ.

His style of boxing and his style of wrestling don't translate well to mma. Also has really bad fight iq and defense. He's not nearly the fighter that his background and accolades should suggest he is

I don't think his skill was doubted, he's typically just very boring. But yeah, that KO was impressive.

Pico has his soul leave his body once every 4 fights. There is no way he comes back from that. Can you think of any elite level fighter that gets KO'ed lifeless like that multiple times and becomes a dominant champion? His KO losses are far worse than Cody, Overeem or anyone else.
