I felt the exact opposite--tremendous joy at seeing a hype train derailed and happy for Murphy, who was completely written off by everyone and treated like a can.I haven't felt my heart sink like that in a while seeing a fighter lose. Pico could have been the new A-side. Once Topuria KOs Islam and retires, Pico could have been the guy to draw him out of retirement. That's all gone now.
If the card had ended after that fight it would've gone down as one of the best ever. (Whispers.) If only...Great KO

Murphy gained a lot more fans than Khamzat last night fo sho.I don't think his skill was doubted, he's typically just very boring. But yeah, that KO was impressive.
Funny when I was watching that fight I was comparing him with Chandler. Except Chandler can actually take a shot.Aaron Pico looks poised to be the new Michael Chandler. Exciting wrestler who loves to throw hands and very porous defence
Nobody is taking that shotFunny when I was watching that fight I was comparing him with Chandler. Except Chandler can actually take a shot.
AljoPico has his soul leave his body once every 4 fights. There is no way he comes back from that. Can you think of any elite level fighter that gets KO'ed lifeless like that multiple times and becomes a dominant champion? His KO losses are far worse than Cody, Overeem or anyone else.
Maybe not, but this point of discussion stems from other KO losses by Pico.Nobody is taking that shot
