Concert/Live Last/Next Concert(s) and tour/show announcement thread

Korn, Gojira, and Spiritbox were amazing. Gojira was a little too good live that when Korn came on I was running low lol, but they still killed and their brutal breakdowns still hold up. Gojira I was in awe though the whole time, probably the 2nd best live performance I've ever seen only behind Tool, will definitely be going to them whenever they're nearby.

Testament and Kreator tonight! Very excited. Never seen Kreator live before. Hopefully they focus on some older tunes. Pleasure to Kill, to be precise.

It was cancelled.... Note to self. Not everyone in Florida is a Floridian, and shows get canceled over hurricanes.... CHeck before you leave to ensure show is NOT canceled lol

I've seen Gojira a few times but finally at their own show in 2022, unbelievable stuff, they're really cooking at the moment, great live band.

Got tickets to Metallica down here in Melbourne this morning, waiting on the second show announcement. I'm assuming there will be one anyway, no repeat setlist, cant wait!

Going to the big fancy pants Bone Thugs 30th Anniversary Show tonight at the Sharks arena in San Jose, looking forward to a great night of partying with friends and jamming out to a medley of 80's and 90's rap classics that I grew up listening to

And also Xzibit...

i hate Baltimore but i love the fest. its the only time each year that i set foot in that city.

thats cool youre going. when the time comes closer ill post again as a reminder; be happy to meet up for a beer and watch a band or two.

who are you looking forward to this year?

Still don't have any upcoming concerts which is odd for me lol. I haven't really seen any good concert announcements around here for this year. Maybe after going hard for a couple years after covid bands are taking a break.

My wife just sent me the advert for "An Evening with Chicago" for Sept but I'm not chomping at the bit for that show lol.

Just saw Clutch at the shittiest venue in Baltimore. Going to see Nick Cave in DC in Apr or May can't remember. There's really only maybe 5 or 6 bands that can get me to go to the city anymore.

Clutch is my favorite. They are #1 on my list of how many times I've seen a band live.

Last show: D.R.I. last fall in Spokane.
Next show: Napalm Death with the Melvins

Yeah they're awesome. I grew up down the road from them so I've got to see em live maybe 100x. First saw them in the mid 90s before Elephant Riders came out. Used to get to see em 5 or 6 times a year. Still get to see em at least 2x a year when they hit the Baltimore/DC/Philly area.

Melvin are cool as well. Seen them and Joe Preston's solo band live a few times.

My concert schedule for the year is:

April: Dethklok
June: Alpha Wolf (don't really like them but Malevolence are on the bill)
June: Testament
November: Metallica in Melbourne and Adelaide

I'm sure more will pop up but not a bad lineup so far

Finally have a concert lined up for this year.

Blues Traveler/Gin Blossoms/Spin Doctors in August lol.

Hopefully some more good shows get announced soon. Been light this year

This is more of a question for you guys... But how the fuck are the Lumineers selling out stadiums now? Their current tour they playing two shows at the Forum in LA and one is sold out. Are they that popular now?

When I saw they were playing these venues I immediately thought they had to be opening for someone good. Nope.
