Concert/Live Last/Next Concert(s) and tour/show announcement thread

Chili Peppers were awesome last night. Played three songs off the new album.

I liked this show more than the one I went to last year. Maybe a little biased because we had better seats this time. Just glad they played Soul to Squeeze this time.

Mars Volta sounded good too. Never been a huge fan to be honest though.

I saw Avenged Sevenfold at Welcome to Rockville tonight. They're a band who I've liked their singles(since Bat Country), and never really dove into the albums. That being said...they were awesome, and I'll definitely be seeing them again.

@Nameless Ghoul Sounds great! Who else you watched? :) AX7 are definitely a cool gig - never really been a fan or followed them so I was also surprised how good they were live when I saw them.

Just added another one to the list, this is a pretty dope old school West Coast gangsta line up
Last time I saw Rodney O & Joe Cooley in concert they got arrested for rape after the show, I got in a fight with a big ass street goon from Cesar Gracie's gym and it was my last weekend of freedom before I had to turn myself in to start serving 1 year on a 6 year joint
Hopefully, this show goes better

I just got back from Nekrogoblikon, and despite the late announcement that Nicky wouldn't be doing vocals for the tour Dickie Allen, and John Goblikon filled in and they were really fun/put on a great show.

Last show was Just Like Heaven in Pasadena. Seeing MGMT and yeah yeah yeahs ripped. Next up is life is beautiful in vegas. Kenderink Lerma and the killers always bring it. Hopefully there’s lots of vegas dimes in the house.

How was Stagecoach?

I saw Ed Sheeran last night in DC. I got a double dose of Ed. His opening act was injured and couldn't perform so Ed opened for Ed. He played some songs from his new album and then came back and did his main show which was amazing.

Smashing Pumpkins/STP/Rival Sons tomorrow!

Can't wait to hear SP play Hummer live. They've been playing it at every show so far on this new tour so I'm expecting to hear it.

Deathklok and BABYMETAL in Vancouver in October.

Saw The Smashing Pumpkins last night. Heavy. Prog. Loud. Great show. Two awesome openers Rival Sons (bluesy rock) and Interpol (jittery post-punk). Beautiful evening under the stars. There is nothing quite like seeing great music live.

Hey how was the show?
Rival Sons was great. Really cool classic rock bluesy Zep type feel and a great lead vocalist. I'll check out their stuff. Show I saw last night had Interpol rather than STP. Fine by me as I love that nyc / joy division / Franz Ferdinand type vibe. How was STP? Love that band. Most interested in your thoughts on the Pumpkins. I was struck by how rich and deep they sounded. Muscular.
