All about it. Eating clean (keto diet) and 4 or 5 intense workouts every week is well worth the work.

Ohh and frying eggs with that beef tallow is delicious! 😋

You ever have cheat day? Is that what you call it? Or you pretty strict with your diet?

Oh for sure, every 9 or 10 weeks I'll eat pizza, pasta, ice cream, potatoes chips or fries with a burger and enjoy some beers for a day. Sometimes maybe 2 days to eat whatever. Sticking to that never screws up my diet because most of the time when I have the cheat day or two I'll water fast for 3-4 days immediately after and my body comes right back into ketosis So I really don't miss a beat.

I do enjoy Gin and flavored soda water when I can't drink beer because all of the carbs. Even then it's maybe 3-6 oz of gin a month or none at all.

Making all those changes was a bit difficult for the first couple weeks but after it all became a habit and I feel/look great.
 
Got this recently. Its listed as 65 lbs?? But it's over 150 at least. Not complaining mind you, worth the $259

It's like 14%-15%, so it's in a great range. At 47 I'm very happy with that.

What are your thoughts on creatine? Does it work? Is it safe?

I love it. Definitely works. Super safe, it's one of the most researched supplements out there. Grows muscle, helps repair muscle, gives energy bursts during repeat explosive movements and it's even good for brain fatigue/fog. Even if you're not working out on a regular basis it's great to take everyday. 5mg a day working out or not is all you need.

It's good stuff, I take it with HMB (Calcium) and Branch chain Amino acids. Solid combo for strong muscles and bone density.
