WTF?? Who da fook is Patch?

https://patch.com/colorado/denver/l...-capacity-magazines-made-former-colo-firm-say

Colorado gun lovers might have recognized a deadly ammunition magazine on the hotel floor in pictures of Stephen Paddock's weapons-strewn room in Las Vegas's Mandalay Bay Hotel. Followers of Colorado's 2013 gun legislation noted Wednesday that a super-sized "PMAG" made by former Louisville, Colo.-based firearm accessory manufacturer Magpul Industries was featured in photos released by the Las Vegas Police Dept.

Supersized and deadly magazine? lol. But wait, there's more.

The PMAG is a retrofitted magazine that, similar to the "bump stock" trigger device also found in Paddock's arsenal, allows a semi-automatic rifle to become an automatic weapon.

Have you watched the full video? He takes several breaks after short spurts of fire, so not very consistent at all, imo. There was only really 1 sustained burst that sounded like it could have been a machine gun. I don't even know much about bump stocks, but the images from his room look like at least 2 of his guns had them.

@Cubo de Sangre and you other guns guys; correct me if I'm wrong here.

edit: @Cubo de Sangre do you guys have a thread going about this in the guns and ammo sub?

There is no thread in the weapons and tactics. We (rightly) try to avoid politics over there.

As for the sound of the gunfire, initially it sounds fairly even but there are definitely parts where it sounds like the rate speeds up and slows down. Could be the fatigue issue people have been speculating on. I'm no expert though.

The 10 minute video of various angles spliced together was worth watching to get a sense of how quickly and how often he fired. I think it's a couple pages back in this thread.

Do you think a show like the Man's Show, with trampolines and all, would make it on Comedy Central in today's climate, though?

What about Married.. with children?

Anyway, i bet everyone of these cunts lined up for 50 shades of grey/magic Mike and have a fire man calander. Bunch of hypocrites

Did, uh...did this happen the way it looks like it happened? If you posted a snopes article debunking your claim without realizing it, you need to get back in here and have a laugh about it with us.

Yes that is exactly what happened. First he saw and believed CLEARLY fake 4chan garbage, then he posted a snopes article as "proof" it was true along with his very convincing "I SAW IT ON INSTAGRAM"

@Johnny2fists

These people are idiots..... holy shit.

There is no gif or meme that can quantify how stupid that sounds.

Wondering if those dumb fucks who posted against your post took the time to look up about Chertoff and Osi, and are planning to keep an eye on it.

The CEO of MGM is another cat to keep an eye on. He coincidentally happens to be on the National Infrastructure Advisory Council.

James J. Murren, also known as Jim Murren, is Chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International, headquartered in Paradise, Nevada. He is a member of Homeland Security’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council.

The National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC) is a United States government advisory council, which advises the President of the United States on the security of information systems in banking, finance, transportation, energy, manufacturing, and emergency government services. James J. Murren is a board member of the Department of Homeland Security’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council. The Department of Homeland Security is building out a massive security infrastructure control grid in America and all these Department of Homeland Security contracted companies listed below are being coordinated and invested in through private equity funds with the Chertoff Group.

Heard a rumour today the shitbag left a note. It was not a suicide note, and cops aren't releasing it's contents at the moment. Anyone know if there's any truth to this?

I heard the note had the name of a ammo dealer who he bought tracer rounds from.

I hadn't heard of him using tracers, but it does make sense as he fired at fuel tanks in an attempt to blow them up. And tracers would make it easier for him to spot and adjust his fire on the crowd for maximum effect(of course, it would also make it easier to spot him as well).

From what i saw, he did not use tracers. He had them somewhere though

I have yet to not see the LVPD contradict themselves yet, he could have used fucking muskets at this point

The note contains numbers of which police etc were trying to work out what they were for.
