Generally, I am in favor of the death penalty, but I don’t agree that this guy should get the needle/gas. I think that should be reserved for those shitbags that murder, however, it takes way too long and so much money to execute criminals. They get many appeals and for some reason, the method of execution is too expensive and it should be a firing squad. I am also in favor of turning rapists into eunuchs

There's literally a penal code for Forcible Sexual Contact with a Foreign Object.

That's it? This is going to be, minimum, his 3rd level of strikes. He served prison time for Domestic Violence, this trial was for felonious assault with a baseball bat, and now assault in a courtroom of a protected individual.
