Food & Drink Lamb Chops With Mint Jelly

Shoulder chops are better than nothing, but they are on the lower end of lamb cuts. Get some thick lamb loin chops, like inch plus thick and cook up those bad boys rare. Now we're talking good eats.

Edit - mint sauce too or a red wine reduction on them. Yum.

Don't like mint in anything except chewing gum or similar.

Don't like lamb as a meat .

Last time I ate lamb was pre 2001 .

I love lamb chops but never had them with mint jelly. I think I'm more of a rosemary and garlic guy.
