Just whipped up this little cake from scratch.

I ate a pizza margherita yesterday but I replaced the mozzarella cheese with ricotta cheese.
not sure if that's legal but it tasted good.

Today I made pasta with chicken kebab I had from yesterday, broccoli, feta, capers and clarinated butter plus some vinegar.

Could have added some cheddar on top and a dash of soy sauce but that would be going too far
