Shooting people is the crime he desired to commit in the future.


He watched looters stealing and said he wished he had his gun to shoot them. Then a few weeks later he took his gun and drove hours before shooting looters. Feels pretty direct to me.

Did he actually shoot anyone for looting, though? If I recall from my fairly extensive research and following of this case, he didn’t shoot anyone for looting. He shot the people he shot because they attacked him and threatened his life each in their own way.

The child rapist actually chased him down as he ran away and cornered him and then tried to grab his gun-absolutely lawful shooting of a piece of shit.

Then he shot anthony huber who clubbed him in the back of the head with a skateboard-which is a deadly weapon in that regard. This was after he was knocked to the ground by “jump-kick man.” The shooting of huber was 100% justified.

Then, he shot gage grosskruetz-I mean predinger, a man who pointed a gun at him and when kyle pointed his bigger gun back, gaige put his gun down only to quickly aim it back at kyle who “disarmed” him lol.

So, Taco, you know I love you and all, but which one did he shoot while they were looting?

On a similar and side note to this story, did anyone watch (yeah, right) the golden globes Sunday or see the news on it? Several Hollywood stars wore pins that read “be good” and “ice out” in the typical and expected display of only far left wing causes.



In particular, mark ruffalo, wore such pins and then did an interview where he called trump a phile.



While I don’t care what anyone says about trump, ruffalo should shut his mouth when it comes to that term after mourning the loss of a violent child rapist, joseph rosenbaum-shot by kyle rittenhouse, that both orally and anally raped five young boys under the age of ten.



He also blasted American police for the shooting of another rapist, jacob blake, who broke into his ex’s house, rammed his fingers up inside her while she slept next to her young son, and stated “you smell like other men.”



All around gross and evil on all counts by rosenbaum (may he burn in hell), blake (may his paralyzed condition forever haunt him), and ruffalo (may his 900 million in wealth and his career disappear).

He said himself that he drove all the way out there to protect businesses from looters with his gun weeks after expressing regret he wasn’t armed and wished he could shoot people. I’ll take your assessment as church that those people weren’t actively looting though

Well, I am not saying they absolutely didn’t loot at some point. jojo is exactly the type of spazoid that would going on a looting spree-first to the liquor store or a pharmacy looking for pills, then he was so fucking stupid he would probably loot a large 75 inch television despite being homeless, and then he would be the only one looting a toy store and would be in the “boys under ten” section.

Huber-skateboard kid, also looked like someone who would get off on looting. Hell, I can imagine the security footage being played showing us riding his skateboard through the soles.

As for what kyle said-I get it. It doesn’t paint the strongest picture of someone that should own a gun, however, and this is just me personally-but I absolutely fucking hate looters and the flash-rob cunts that run into a store en masse and steal designer bags. I also hate-with a passion, when these twats block streets and purposely shut down major arteries such as huge highways like when in June, La protesters shut down the 101 freeway leaving people stranded for many hours while they also destroyed and set fire to every self-driving vehicles-Tesla or not. And they have a tendency to not only love to inconvenience people because it gives them a sense of power and they feel that inconveniencing people and stopping traffic sends a message-but they also have swarmed vehicles using intimidation and violence as they tools. So when that occurs, and I see some driver afraid for their life drag some people along-it makes me happy except when people are severely hurt like the girl that was on the highway and got blacktopped.

Where am I going with that, you may ask? Well, when I see the looters or flash robs on the news or some vidio of it-I get about as enraged that I wish bad things upon them. I love to see looters and thieves get their asses whipped. Would I do it myself on purpose? No, of course not-well except the beating the ass of thieves and looters-I can totally see myself doing that-but not purposely ramming a vehicle into protesters unless it was to protect myself or my family.

So does that mean I shouldn’t drive a car because I like to see people blocking traffic get pushed through? I look at what kyle said as just expressing frustration and I don’t think if he had had a gun that he would have shot them. And what he said has absolutely no bearing on his use of a gun for absolutely justified self defense

It might feel that way to you, but the law isnt dependant on how you feel. Implied threats and direct threats are entirely different things that need to meet separate requirements regardless of how they make you feel.

What he did a few weeks later had no bearing on anything, hence why it meant nothing in court.
