Social Kyle Rittenhouse updates

Its a slippery slope. I honestly cant answer that.
Fair
It’s one of those things people can go around pontificating about, but truth be told not have any idea what they would actually do until put in that realistic situation.
Sure. I think that’s why I support a more concrete definition- you can’t use deadly force unless it’s in defense of your life or the life of someone else. Cut and dry, black and white. You can replace your kids bike, the person you shoot in the face over it is gone forever. Nevermind all of the accidents that could potentially happen over misunderstandings. (The bike looks like my kids that was stolen last week, the person is trying to return my dog who ran off, etc.)
Honestly, thats why I like certain dog breeds. They can mitigate you having to be put in that position. Gives you another hopefully none lethal option to protect your property or stop a threat with force.
I’m a big fan of non lethal options in general.
Sometimes its not just monetary value too. What if its like an heirloom or irreplaceable things that hold far more value to somebody than their actual worth?
In my opinion it’s not worth blowing someone’s brains all over the sidewalk.
What happens if the victim/property owner is short on rent & needs every penny to get by? Or people steal pets all the time too. Seems too nuanced to put hard caps on.
Renters insurance is pretty cheap. I’ve had it for like 10 bucks a month or something back in the day
To me it seems backwards to always put the onus on the victim of the intial crime. Isn't the better question sometimes for society to gear it towards the transgresser & ask
Both for sure. In this instance I’m the victim of theft and the dead guy is a victim of being murdered.
"why would the criminal victimize an innocent bystander & put their own life at risk for x amount of money?"
Addiction or mental illness, generally.

99.9% of that is true & sound good person logic (only would pushback on the "mental illness/ drug part. Sure those things drive a lot of all crime. Almost impossible to ever measure & always some overlap of bad people in a lifestyle of all things bad. Or even chicken egg scenario. But there are plenty of bad people who steal, vandalize, & destroy unrelated to mental illness & addiction. )

If the argument is right vs wrong, why should I have to take on additional costs, trauma, disrespect, loss by force, & value somebody else's life that is out to do me harm more than they valued their own life & my family's peace?

Its a hard pill for me to swallow to prioritize the outcome of the person that was the initiator, aggressor, stranger, & was clearly in the wrong over peaceful victims minding their own business. We are skipping over so many steps of "you shouldn't do x" to get there.

Yes, SOME things can be replaced. I have homeowners insurance & supplemental insurancs. They cost and have deductibles. Its subject to rate increases post claims. Its ridiculously high and predatory across the board due to the predators who commit crimes constantly.
But it kind of builds the case against scumbaggery further. Not only are you a peaceful victim minding your own buisness, but then you take on initial burdens to protect both you and the assailant.

Im not even saying you're wrong. I certainly respect your compassion and choice to advocate for being selfless. Or how you can value a complete strangers life over a lot of costs & unrest to you & your family.

At the same time I still respect the other men who hold sacred the peace & security of themselves & their family over the selfless induced criminality of complete strangers preying on the innocent.

Do you draw a distinction or line at strong arm taking something from somebody vs burglary thinking nobody is around?

Call me crazy, but If someone says they wish they had a gun to start shooting people over non violent property crimes then that person shouldn’t own a gun.

I don’t like kyle at all. I think he is a giant, flapping douche biscuit and proves it every time he opens his mouth, posts, or writes? a book or does an interview.

With that said, I think anyone that wasn’t an insane leftist radical was so fucking sick of 2020 for so many reasons from the pandemic and the fear of the end of the world associated with that to watching total fucking shitbags loot, block roads and streets, burn buildings, attack police and in more than a few cases-random people-most of them were skinny, defenseless and vastly outnumbered white males, people dining at restaurants, and motorists, and be loud af chanting in the street “who’s streets? Our streets!” “No justice, no peace, no racist police” as well as people already starting to get really fucking sick of rapidly catching woke ideology, really pushing hard on white guilt, seeing total shitbags be elevated into martyrs and heroes from st Floyd himself (and no, I don’t believe it was an OD and chauvin is also a piece of shit),

rashard brooks Atlanta who was shot after fighting with police and stealing a taser-tasing one officer, fleeing, and pointing it at an officers face which led to very violent and fiery riots and a young child being shot and killed (Seqoria Turner-but no one from blm knows her name because police didn’t shoot her), both officers being fired and charged with murder despite the Georgia bureau of investigations recommending no charges-the grand standing da filed charges and repeatedly lied about the officers not rendering aid (they did) claimed the officers kicked him (on video that they did not), and a whole host of other unethical shit in a bid to get reelcted and then the newly elected da (oddly enough, trumps gf fanni willis) dropped all charges and atl mayor kesha (power) bottoms reluctantly hiring the officers back-and on top of all that shit, brooks family got over a million in a settlement for a justified shooting. And I have additional justified shootings in my back pocket that led to riots and millions in settlements as well.

My point is that many people were so fucking sick of this shit. jacob blake was/unfortunately still is a complete fucking piece of shit. He broke into his ex’s house and rammed his fingers inside her while she slept next to her son. He covered her mouth so she couldn’t scream-he then smelled his fingers and said she smelled like other men. She got a protection order and filed charges and there was a warrant for sexual assault. He shows up to her house and they get into a domestic and someone calls police-who arrive and attempt to arrest him: he fights off several officers and a taser fails to get him and he also has a knife in his hand and he tries to get into a vehicle with 3 small children in order to flee police in what would be a high speed pursuit and kidnapping her kids-so they would have to pursue. Officer Rustin Sheskey (what a name) grabs him to stop him and he turns towards him with knife in hand and is shot. Kenosha riots, burning, a murder and cop gets his skull caved in with a brick, and of course, rittenhouse. Every one, and kamala and biden visited him in the hospital and his name ended up on nfl jerseys-which is why I quit watching the nfl.

So, I get the frustration. Would I say “I would start shooting them” no, but I would totally love to see those people get arrested, get their asses kicked, etc. He just happened to be a stupid kid

Proof that body-positivity has poisoned modern-day Conservatism. Fat little piggies like Kyle wouldn't have gotten any fame in the good ol' days.
He was never that "body positive". Especially compared to some of the lefty protesters trouncing around today. On top of that Kyle slimmed down quite a bit last year. At least you got Ares Black to like your comment.... :forever alone face.jpg:

So because stereotypical Leftoids are dumb blobs, Republicans should be too. Got it <lmao>

I still don’t think someone who witnesses people stealing from a CVS and wishes he could shoot them should own a gun. Then again, he was breaking the law by having the AR to begin with.

Wow this was a blast from the past.
What is that fatty doing these days?
He married somebody that looks oddly familiar to somebody that is no longer with us. And no, this is not a doctored photo.
