Arms are toast. But felt like I had a few more lifts left in me going into the weekend. :)

*** I feel like I should keep going higher. But I lift by myself and don't want to pass my limit one day without a spot... so at the moment I'm at lifts I know I can get.

*** Did one rep 265 lbs late last night so my brother could check out my form... said it was too easy , should add little more weight.

That's definitely the safest option if you Bench without a spotter. I had to help pull a barbell off a kid this week who failed on Bench. He was fine, but if two of us hadn't seen him get pinned and ran over, he could easily have gotten hurt. And he wasn't lifting close to the kind of weights you're Benching.

do you have a bench or power rack?
since your at home you can dump the plates off either side in a worst case. you do gotta be careful I think the worst is if you lose grip and it drops.
I also saw if you think you on the make it put it on your belly/waist and roll it off.

The Roll of Shame is not really advisable with the kind of weights @Kowboy On Sherdog is Benching. While you can dump plates, that's also risky because you can lose control of the bar and hurt your shoulder.

The only way to Bench safely on your own is if you can set up Safety Pins on the Bench/Cage to catch the Bar if you fail the lift. I don't know if Cowboy has safety pins
