Haven't you heard? Women in the U.S.A are supposed to put their "career first" ! Then at some point they freak out "what am I doing with my life!!??!" and start trying to have a baby at 35.

Of course, women in most European countries can start a career, have a baby, get PAID medical leave of up to a year off, and know that their job will still be there waiting for them. No such luck in the U.S. and A, gotta choose one or the other, or take a big risk trying to "have it all" !!

I agree with everything you wrote. It was really pretty clear from her appearance and vigor and I just think she was there to collect a paycheck. (and i am not criticising her even a tiny bit, everyone does this for a paycheck). But yes it didn't look to me like she had spent gym time / training time / anything too much. She looked thin and not that strong.

If it's a temporary thing, she needs to get her eye fixed, surgically, and take 6months off and fix the issues, start eating high protein again, (if she stopped) and regain her enthusiasm and desire but ....I think she's mentally already retired from the game and that's when it gets dangerous to be in there.

I don't really agree with this. Karolina looked in shape. Maybe she was a bit weaker due to the new vegan diet she changed to.

My wife was pregnant at 29 and during all the checks I remember the doctors saying that "she was young" so that age was no issue. I think that the cut-off happens around 35 on average, i.e. the curve is not linear and it all goes to shit suddenly.

If it's the latter, it's a cause for serious concern

you can see she got hit by a hard straight punch in the 1st round, she said it was in that round it happened. from what i read she suffered a broken orbital bone, which causes the eyeball to slightly change angle, which results in double vision. the same issue Korean Zombie has at the moment. serious, but can be fixed in most cases.

Orbital bone fractures can be very nasty. They are very painful and could result in sight loss, like in Kowalkiewicz's case. Not to mention, it's not that hard to get a broken orbital, since you are getting punched in the face with small gloves.

I hope she recovers her vision and leaves the sport. Who am I to say, but it seems it's for the better right now.
