Kowalkiewicz partially lost vision in her eye, surgical intervention is required

Thats not how it works dude. Actually talk to a women before thinking you know how their reproductive system works.
Why do I have to talk to a women to figure out how their reproduction system works? My anatomy and physiology class did an excellent job at that.

And no I'm not making up statistics: https://abcnews.go.com/GMA/OnCall/women-fertility-falls-lose-90-percent-eggs-30/story?id=9693015

Sure there are some women who are having healthy normal kids at age 40+, but they are as rare as 40 year olds who look like yoel romero.

If Karolina is having trouble finding a mate, I'd be willing to help her out.

I've never heard that....not ever....fact is, guys can have kids at any age...period...while women cannot.
well yes it's true a man can impregnate a woman at any age. Nobody is saying that's not true. What he's talkuing about is increased probability of foetal defects.
- it doesn't surprise me that there is some genetic deterioration in the sperm and in fact I just checked and it's indeed apparently true that there is a correlation between paternal age and increased likelihood of birth defects :
