I only watched the first video in the thread and those are hot girls plus they look better than the local korean girls i've met in my neck of the woods. Wiki is not a good source for historical information, hell it is not even allowed to be cited in most universities. But then again you probably have never graduated from a university. You don't know how (or at least don't bother) to read my posts and instead repeat the same things. You gotta get over there man. It's a great place, if you have a good mind. Some people are miserable there, but in my experience, most of them don't do anything outside of work except hang out with other foreigners of the same mind, and never even try to experience anything.

It was even like that in the military. I worked with people that would say how much they hated it there, how the country sucked, everyone was rude, and it stank. My first question: "Where have you gone off base besides outside the main gate?"

That usually shut people up.

K-Pop can be a polarizing subject, but one area of the arts that Koreans are totally dominating is film making. Modern Korean movies are among the best films coming out of Asia. They're gaining so much global notoriety that several Korean directors have been getting offers from Hollywood to make English language films.

Japan will always trump Korea in the realm of food and cars, and as a general tourist attraction. But then Japan is world-class in those areas, on par with Europe and the rest.
