I don't think so.
According to cdc there are millions of them:
ADHD, anxiety problems, behavior problems, and depression are the most commonly diagnosed mental disorders in children. Estimates for ever having a diagnosis among children aged 3-17 years, in 2016-19, are given below.
Anxiety 9.4% (approximately 5.8 million)
Behavior problems 8.9% (approximately 5.5 million)
Depression 4.4% (approximately 2.7 million)
Except people with ADHD or anxiety aren't mass murderers for the most part especially considering how many there are.
Those who commit school shootings tend to have been reported as very antisocial and many of them have even expressed wanting to kill people openly either verbally or on the internet.
What still doesn't add up is how people with such issues as the one you describe in your post are allowed to buy and carry guns, especially assault rifles.
