I’m so sorry TS, it’s devastating to have to say goodbye. I remember the day we did that for my last kitty, back in 2021.

You gave each other love and companionship, and she knew she was a very loved kitty. You gave her many gifts over the years. Having the courage and wisdom to know when to say goodbye is a gift too, it just doesn’t feel like it. You had the power to end her pain and you did it even though you knew how much you would hurt. That’s love.

RIP to your buddy there. My condolences. I know how awful the feeling is. I had to let my best buddy pass 2 1/2 years ago and it still hurts a bunch. I have two other cats with me now that I love and are so cool and fun which certainly helps with easing the pain but it is so hard to get over the loss of a special pet.

That's tough, it's never easy. Your pet is family, no matter what anyone thinks. You can even be closer to your pet than anyone else. So it hits hard big time. She lived a long, loving life. Rest in peace.
