King of the Pillow fists

Bisping had a bunch of finishes, mostly due to his death of a thousand cuts style, but still.
Yes he did, he also used some good knees and kicks. Varied offense with good volume usually did the trick!

Forrest Griffin
True! For a huge guy he didn’t have much on his punches. He had some powerful leg kicks, though.

If we're just talking about hands it's Jones
Good choice. His kicks, knees and elbows are really dangerous, but his hands were mostly to poke his opponents eyes, to distract them and to gauge distance.

Imagine if he had a great jab or a sniper-like right straight

I think he dropped Machida with a well timed (superman?) punch? Yeah and that led to the guillotine finish

Did he? Because he landed like hundred of them om Rampage.

The Machida superman punch was the only single punch knockdown Jon has ever landed, and he had Machida's momentum crashing into him to help. The only other punch only KD he's ever scored was dropping Shogun with a body shot after having already assaulted Shogun.

Absolute confirmed pillow fist by all measures, another reason he's terrified of Tom. He knows he'll lose the firefight if Tom just stands and trades with him.

Well, at least Rampage confirmed the kicks fucked him up  Maybe anyone could do that if they landed that many kicks. So, maybe he didn’t have too much on those, either. Pillow fists and pillow legs!

Haha who knows. Yeah that many kicks in the same spot, will do damage after a while.

Kinda like if you are a fighter with no legit one hit KO power, you can always choose to be a volume striker instead. Nothing wrong with that

De Ridder
Maia
Rousey
Shields
Meerschaert
Fitch

Maybe not fair, they are all verry good grapplers

P4P ai'd say Ciryl Gane. Not just his fists but everything.. He has to kick and k ee his opponents in the head like 50 times before finally getting a standing tko.

Vettori is comically pillowfisted.

Dude is built like a tank but couldn't generate power if you forced him to.

Yeah, his lack of one punch power is the reason why jones has so many losses.

Strickland has more KOs than Colby and Belal combined in the UFC.
He isnt the heaviest hitter but his volume leads to TKOs sometimes.

On topic of the thread i would say Krystof Jotko. Dude had 1 KO and the rest were all decisions
yes he have, but I think his volume actually makes more of an argument to his pillow fists.. at least visually. I mean, he's a striker and we see he hitting his opponents a ton but still have to wait for the judges decision.
I also tried to keep "relevant" name fighters. There are no ranked fighters who are worse

Jon jones... has to get picoed up to get a tko and even then he can only do it with kicks against 40 year olds with 10 light years of mileage

Bisping was always who held that title for me until he fought cung lee. Wow. Then he won the belt by KO with his fists. Also dropped anderson Silva. My Bisping opinion changed later in my life.

The answer today has to be colby covington. He cant even hit a heavy bag and make it look like it would hurt. His hands suck.

Also for bonus.........i dont think bryce mitchell can really hurt people boxing. He is tough but his hands suck.

Bonus....... for 98% of their punches the diaz brothers.
Colby only ever looked slightly strong striking vs Usman. Still title goes to him, but he did have a few moments in those fights compared to the lawyer fight where they looked as weak as a 7 year old girl.

What about Ryan hall? I don’t think he ever thrown a punch lol

Flyweight and Bantamweights don’t count

Who’s got the softest pillows attached to their wrists in the UFC?

My vote is the Italian Dream, Marvin Vettatori
He hasn’t knocked anyone out since before Trumps first term and rumor has it, the guy knocked himself out, out of boredom

I can’t confirm that, it’s a rumor

Bisping used to wear the crown, but I think Mr Backwards shorts is the present day King
I'd say the present day king is Strickland. What is it with middleweight. I could say Colby, but no one gives a fuck about Colby.
