Kicking with leg first instead of the hip twist.

*An elite Thai, Muay Thai fighter
Fanta was a Rajadamnern champion at 126 lbs, that is the only weight he was competing at the elite level. When he faced Don Wilson, he weighed 145 lbs and Wilson weighed in at 175 lbs; the fight was also under Kickboxing rules, which Fanta had never competed in prior to the fight. Did Don Wilson expose Muay Thai or did he fail to KO a bloated 126 lb champion despite having a significant weight and experience advantage in that ruleset?

you getting shirtless duster 3 sec heavy bag on the futon vibes from this guy?
i wouldnt be surprised if this was old spacey
I was digging through some old photos and videos and I found one when I was locked in a hotel room for a 72 hours quarantine at a Bellator event during the pandemic. I made a super quick one or two second clip of me throwing both hands and a front kick at the same time at a jacket.

If memory serves they weren’t keeping a close eye on our room service tabs and I was probably pretty buzzed and cracking myself up

When roundtree broke the guys leg he did it a stomping motion, and the foot surface was similar to the ball of the foot..

So even though the heel and ball of the foot is softer than the shin, they are apparently hard enough to break bones.

I used to think that the surface was too weak and that's why TMA side kicks rarely do damage, but I think side kicks fail because they don't get enough traction on it before it lands, they just push it.. the speed is too low
Look at Savate. It's a French form of kickboxing done with shoes or boots with origins in street fighting.
