He also fought usman on short notice.

People don't really grasp fighting a grindy, cardio heavy wrestler on short notice versus a striker. Entirely different fight and training.

People judge his cardio on that, which is just lazy analysis.

If you don't grasp that preparing for a striker in Paulo Costa is different than preparing for a grindy, cardio heavy wrestler, then you simply can't analyze fights for shit

I assure you that Usman and his 8 pack abs, who didn’t gas at all in the fight, was training when he got the call. No one is gonna fight Khamzat “off the couch” lmao. That’s just hater hyperbole. Usman did fight Khamzat without a specialized camp tho, sure.
