Khamzat tells Francis Ngannou to be more humble

For me, that doesn't sound too good at all. As a Ngannou fan, i'd prefer to watch him fight in a MMA bout as opposed to boring AF boxing.

I give zero fucks about Boxing, which is what he intends to go do.

If you complain then learn to manage money!

I don't know bro, if you can get $580000 for basically lifting weights, running for 6 - 12 months and punching another dude for 25 minutes and then pose for a pic with a bunch of fans and still complain... And plus there is % from trunks and tshirts with your face on them. What kind of planet are these guys from? Half of the world can barely make 5% of your salary lol.

I make 1200$ after taxes but i do not bash my boss

Francis is 36 and the UFC wasted some of his best years. How many more years can Ngannou realistically stay on top to maintain his championship pay? Not to mention the heavyweight division isn't the best place for brain health.

Just look at the whole Conor situation. He was the UFCs biggest star and McGregor still felt like he needed to embarrass himself against Mayweather to secure his future financially.
Conor was more than financially secure based on his UFC career. He didn't need to fight Mayweather to be financially secure he did it to have insane amounts of money to do stupid shit like buy Yachts he next to never uses. Even Dana thinks that is a stupid waste of money <Lmaoo>

Conor has never complained about his payment compare to Francis.

Then we have Nate Quarry and Cung Lee with that Ali act and of course Mark Hunt.

Did you not read the post I replied to? He said Conor was not financially secure based on his UFC career.

Your boss wouldn't wait a week before hiring your replacement if you died. You have a financial agreement where he gets your work and time and you get money for it, and that's it. You owe him and the job nothing more than work hours. Grow the fuck up.

When this post gets quoted, it makes it look like you would watch said fellatio, and it makes it 200% better.
I'd still watch

He doesn't read anything. He just bashes anyone who doesn't praise the UFC's pay model

Francis is the most marketable (highlights, physique, life story, etc) current champion, of the top combat sports organization in the world, in the arguably most prestigious weight class usually associated with being the default “baddest man on the planet”.

He should be paid way more than anyone else currently in the UFC, should be marketed like crazy by the UFC, should be the biggest UFC star and treated accordingly.

I understand he’s not being the “company man” but IMO the way the UFC isn’t doing all of the above is just silly management and a real pity for Francis, because he only has a few years at the top left (at best and assuming his recovery from surgery is perfect).
The ufc should have promoted him way better.

A press conference world tour and a fight vs Gane in Paris would have been so big.

It's so insane to me that we still call it a "promotion," when a shitload of response by fans and Sherdoggers to fighters and their popularity is that they're most responsible for promoting themselves, as if it's not the promotion's job to promote. The UFC is really good at promoting itself, and having fighters, and luckily sometimes having fighters that can promote themselves extremely well, but it's usually such a shit job at promoting fighters.

The idea is to make as much as you can make within the window of time you can fight without putting the org that's paying you out of business. The UFC doesn't pay their fighters to lift weights, run or not complain. it has nothing to do with how much the rest of the world makes.

God willing if you stay in good health you can work in your sixties. Fighters can't in thier forties as well. I don't know your job,but fighters risk multiple injuries by fighting. I think fighting is too much money for a shorter period rather than earning little bit for a long time.

Fighter activity would solve a lot of problems for a lot of guys. Sitting out hardly does anything. The UFC doesn't have to pay fighters who don't fight and the fighter can't go elsewhere. MMA and other sports are the only places where the athletes demand higher pay in order to show up. Everywhere else in life you have to show up and do the work before making more money. They have to show that they deserve that much pay because if the alternative is sitting out and doing nothing then what motivation does the UFC have to pay someone more money when they don't come to work?

We'll see if he was right or wrong in the next year.

The inactivity of Ngannou (knee injury aside) was engineered by the UFC to force him to sign a new contract when they had more leverage. And that is precisely what he wants to change in his next contract, he wants guarantees that he will have fights offered, the money is not the problem.
