Is Khamzat Chimeav legit or still hype?

Burns is perfect, stylistically he's the toughest matchup for Khamzat. And he recently got a TS.

Though I do think Khamzat may do to Burns what he did to GM3.

We have a Colby log jam right now. Interest or not, Edwards and Luque really shouldn't be skipped by anyone other than each other. So athough Burns is incredibly interesting, he'd probably still need a win after. I think Wonderboy is super interesting too, but i usually don't like huge streaks going up against a guy off a loss. But i guess Wonderboy is high and established enough for that to make sense.

I don't think we are at the Usman point yet but I am excited and hope we get there soon.

i agree its not quite there but so far he's projected to beat most guys at this weight based solely on size and strength.

he should aim for colby if he loses or the winner of leon/masvidal in 2022. he needs to be tested because hes crushing cans.

It's weightclasses, not heightclasses, mate.

I'm glad somebody finally pointed this out.

Size does NOT equal height. Bone density and muscle mass are also part of the equation. Otherwise all of these 6 foot featherweights would be fighting 3 weight classes up.

Ok, i will put this out as disclaimer: dude is solid talent, and a solid sportsman(despite his trash talk)

But... A guy from Chechnya should maybe be a bit more diplomatic. I know its just the accent, but again, a guy from Chechnya should not say "I smesh all these gheys." This man needs a Chechnyan Ed Soars, ASAP.

Khamzat might be a gangster but he ain't no West Coast gangster.

Interesting matchup. Stylistically khamzat smashes izzy. but izzy is not your typical striker. neither guy has faced an opponent like the other. izzy has never faced a wrestler of khamzat's caliber and khamzat has never faced a striker like izzy. izzy would probably win today because of the lack of experience. if khamzat was a bit more experienced i'd pick him.

Khamzat is lucky that Americans no longer values savagery in society and that is why Dagestanis are taking over. Not because Dagestan is good but because GOAT country no longer is interested in MMA training.

Its sad to see that modern western kids want to do some bullshit pussy dance on Tik Tok as oppose to actually work hard to develop REAL skillset. Society is getting weaker and you can see it when you compare teens today vs teens in the 90s. Kids today are scared to make eye contact and start a conversation. Living in the online world has made them docile.

Good for Dagestan for capitalizing on the weakness of modern Americans but that DOES not make them better. Only best of the worse of modern times.

Time to add Savage America to the list of mythical fighters? I'd put it somewhere between motivated BJ and Chuck with that look in his eyes

Luque is a solid fighter won't mind seeing him vs Khamzat. It would be a good fight
I prefer to say 14-3 (UFC record), because he did lose his debut to someone who is no longer in the UFC (I think it was Michael Graves from his season of TUF). But overall, he is a killer with a very deceptive record of 21-7. Way more fun to watch than a lot of these other top welterweights. And his last two losses were to two of the best in the division (Wonderboy/Leon).

Are any top 5 available in November-December. Burns or Luque perferably..

We had a Khamzat fight 1 day ago but not enough to quell sherbros thirst we need another one aka quick turn-around

I like him and it didn’t bother me at all, but screaming about killing people and saying allah Akbar with his physical appearance is not the greatest marketing strategy for mainstream appeal. Hence why khabib went with allhumdillilah (?)

If he ever gets out of control it's not like he can armbar bullets. Not worried in the least.
