Not very hard to do when you are throwing a barrage of uppercuts in a hunched over stance. I use to do that then realized how useless that really was in a real situation.I tried it in sparring and got hooked left and right like a fish.

there are a lot of people that are shadowbox champions.

If he can put it together, it'll be dangerous but there are savy veteran fighters who can hide their strikes and set it up, this won't help khamzat beat guys like that just because he as fast hands. Its all about timing lol
