I won't believe it until I see it but this is the fight to make on paper.

Why didn’t Colby accept the fight then? Khamzat accepted on his side. And you know there seems to be a trend here as the same thing happened with Ian Garry. There was talk of him fighting Colby, with again Garry accepting the fight but in the end Garry had to take a dangerous fight against MVP down the rankings while Colby’s remained on the sidelines. What a head scratcher, eh?

Khamzat fucked up the Diaz fight but in the end he bulldozed his way through a better opponent in Holland. That was far more impressive than the beating he was going to put on Nate.

Colby has good grappling and toughness. So he has got a great chance to weather the storm of the first round. But if it's at 185 it's too bug for Colby. So 170 I'll pick Colby. I dob't think he moves up to MW, does he ?
 
Prime Colby would be a NIGHTMARE for Khamzat.

Anyway, at this point speculating about any Khamzat fight is pointless, the chances of it actually happening is so fucking slim to begin with.

This ain't young for a WW by any means, I don't know what rhetoric you're trying to spin here.

We'd see him on his back for 70% of the fight, he'd gas even quicker than normal.

Current Colby? I can see it being close either way, and wouldn't be surprised if Khamzat does win this one.

My point is that I'm annoyed they never fought when colby was a bit younger so people couldn't make that excuse.

I don't understand how people think he can pressure khamzat into gassing the same as the 38 year old non wrestlers he fought, or even hang in there long enough for khamzat to gas without getting dropped badly and put away
 
Keeps the both busy. Makes since because they both are hard to book for a fight.
 
Starting to think Khamzat will never fight again.

You keep telling yourself Colby is taking down any version of Khamzat lol he struggled to takedown RDA and was taken down several times. Khamzat takes down any Colby there's ever been in the 1st TD he shoots.
 
Khamzat is so much bigger than Colby is physically. Also I don’t see how this fight would happen. From what we have heard Khamzat can’t fight in America and I doubt Colby wants to fight over seas. Just so many hurdles to clear for these guys I don’t see it happening.
 
I doubt this will happen, but if true it's not a good move for covington. horrible match up and even worse for his career

Usman looked so small and weak vs him, Covington would look worse
 
Can the UFC just pick a division for Khamzat? What’s the they going to do give him a title shot based off of wins over Usman and Colby at MW? Rebook Khamzat vs Whittaker for Abu Dhabi. If Sean’s wants to wait on a title shot let him, but If Rob beats Chimaev he gets the next title shot
