Would the UAE grant non-olympic athletes citizenship?

What is a meme coin?

Off the top of my head, I'd define it as a crypto or token made just to be fun, funny, trendy, niche, etc. Like actual memes on social media, some go viral, but most never reach your computer screen. So they have no intrinsic value, but only the value a community gives it. This is in contrast to other cryptos and tokens which may serve particular purposes like paying for app services or gas fees, voting in polls or governance, becoming in-game currency, etc. Even crypto exchanges have their own tokens for customers to invest in to gain a benefit while using the exchange like to lower transaction costs on all trades. Real crypto projects have an incentive not to rug pull their users and investors, but meme coins may not.
