He had a rough start but he's putting it together now. He has a slickness to his movement and striking that is very rare at LHW.
Don't even get me started on his power...

I think he KO glass chin Manuwa, so I think he’ll at least be top 10.

Hopefully you’re right TS.

LHW desperately needs some fresh new blood at the top of that division.

I remember when I first got into MMA back in 09 how stacked and exciting that division was. Would love to have that back.

I think he KO's anyone who is stupid enough to stand & bang with him.

I thought he would've slept Saki before Saki pulled out.

I mean, this is Ngannou's main training partner at the UFC PI, so we know he has a chin along with that power.

He beats Manuwa, Glover, OSP, Anderson, Shogun, Oezdemir, Misha EASILY
the fuck... didn't know that. Well let's hope he somehow keeps his chin

Based on how shallow the division is, I think this is a good call. I'm a big fan, I hope he does well. Sucks the Saki fight is off. If he beats this new guy I hope they remake that fight.

I want to disagree but that division is really weak

When will people learn shit that happens at gyms doesn't translate to success in the UFC. Shit we've had established fighters whose coaches have said "man this training camp he really let it go. He's better than ever", only to have them get shit on early.

If he gets the right matchups, sure. Grapplers like Antigulov and Latifi will give him trouble.

That's coaching hyperbole. Every coach says that. Not many 205ers have the balls to spar with Ngannou. Heck, not many HWs want to.

Trust me if Ngannou went 100% or even 90% in sparring he'd be gymless in 24 hours. You simply can't judge what happens in the gym

Let him beat a gatekeeper first. Don't get me wrong, I like the guy but he has fought absolutely nobody.

He's not even getting close to the belt in this division.

This is bullshit. Just because some guys can't equate training success to cage success doesn't mean it's the same for all fighters.

Anyone who's ever played sports knows the best athletes stand out in practice just as much as game situations.

He lost that fight against Tyson Pedro btw, not hating just saying it’s random
