Well is official Borg is suing. They can sue Conor for assault, Conor is guilty 100% plain as day If his convicted for assault that's criminal record he can't get working visa anymore there's a good chance Conor can not enter US anymore on a working visa. Conor won't risk that he'll settle, hope they'll ask for 7 figures because they've got Conor by the balls.
