Nobody with any sense at all thought Conor had a chance. He didn't, and Floyd carried him awhile and then did what those of us with a brain knew he would do.

At least Conor is a striker though. Khabib's a grappler who's improved his striking a bit. It would look even worse than Conor vs Floyd. Nobody should want to see this. Nor should they want to see Khabib decimate Floyd inside a minute in the octagon.

All of it is stupid. It was stupid with Conor but whatever, money is money. It's still stupid.

Dunno about easily survive, once you take away the threat of a takedown Khabib's boxing is at best average in comparison with MMA strikers, even with 6 months with someone like Lomachenko Floyd would piece him up.

he stuffed conors double leg but khabib cuts from 200 lbs ... thats way too much for floyd.

even for one of the most athletic combat athletes of all time.

Mayweather weighed in at 149.5lbs for his last boxing fight.
Khabib weighed in at 155lbs last fight. So that's 5.5lbs difference weigh-in for their last fights.

Let's assume Floyd only cut 5lbs for that fight. So Floyd maybe walks around at 155lbs.

Now....you're saying Khabib is 70lbs bigger than Floyd = 225lbs.
Are you REALLY attempting to say that Khabib walks around at 225lbs?????? You're out of your rather small mind son. Jon Jones (6'4") walks around at around 235lbs out of fight camp.

Well not too far off. I'd say prob a 145lb'er if he cut some more weight for an MMA weigh-in. Yes. That's about right.
So....that's ONE weight-class (10lbs) lower than Khabib fights in.

All this is irrelevant anyway as Khabib is not gonna be fighting Mayweather. The ONLY possibility is a boxing fight and I very very much doubt Dana would sanction that. Khabib would prob have to retire from UFC, and even then Dana might be able to contractually block it.
