... the UFC 181 post fight press conference?

Pettis had just finished Melendez with a second round guillotine, and Khabib, who was still nursing his most serious injury after the RDA fight was on hand to call out the former champ.

It was as awkward then as it is now. Years ago, the idea of Pettis vs. Khabib for the lightweight title seemed feasible, but in the scenario, it's just nuts.

Dana and Co. are too cheap dish out some extra cash for the mauling Pettis was about to receive tomorrow.

"I just said 'yeah' man. Does he speak English?"

A witty, cocky response. Back when Antonio was on top of the world, brimming with confidence. I think he feels very differently now about taking on Khabib than how he felt back then.

Funny.. At the time we would have all gave Pettis a solid shot at beating Khabib.

Though we had seen what Guida had done to him... So Im assuming most would have still
been leaning towards Khabib.

Khabib is maybe ...... the absolute worst possible matchup for Pettis in the history of the planet earth (Joe Rogan Voice) He would have gotten fricking smashed to a pulp.

There really isn't a worse matchup for Pettis. less than a 1% chance he wins this
