You are right.
They were just doing their job, probably had zero idea who he is and why he is acting like a child. Airplane staff has quite easy and straightforward procedures for handling passengers who are not co-operative and possibly could cause some problems.
I have thought that Khabib is educated, humble and has manners.

This. I don't know why everyone wants to come to his rescue and cry Muslim discrimination.

The rules are quite simple in terms of flying, and even if it were true that he was being singled out (which there is NO proof of, he may well have started this shit by acting like an entitled prick before what we see in the video), all she was asking him to do was move to a different seat, and he could comply like everyone else with a simple request.

This happens a lot with arrogant celebrities and authorities. They act out of line with authorities and then get upset with the aversive treatment they get. That's kind of like the Olympic sprinter that went up and shoved a cop, then everyone cries for him when he gets taken down and tazed; hello, that's what would have happened to me also- it isn't about race, religion, or any other identity.
