as much as i like to see that, we must remember Mcg had a knee issue. We'll see how he fares but IMO, his layoff will play a huge factor here. Clinch wise, Mcg got smoked by Nate and Floyd and even Malignaggi said Mcg lacks inside game in the clinch.

Here's what I think: they are both simultaneously the most over and under rated fighters on the planet.

Depending on who you talk to, Khabib has shitty striking and a padded record or is GOAT, and Conor is a coward ducking, cardio and ground less fighter that has just got lucky or the best fighter that has ever lived.

This fight is so fucking compelling because both of these guys are mutha fucking savages and are going to show us the highest show casing of next generation grappling vs next generation striking the world has ever seen. This is the Fedor Mirko of the 2010's, not to mention the greatest popcorn event in MMA history.

BIAS?? @Arm Barbarian is one of the most knowledgeable people here and we have something in common with our hatred for McG. however, bias is not a thing i've seen on him and neither me regarding Mcg. In the Alvarez fight i was the first to eat crow and i don't biased myself in any post about any match up and neither he, since he's more prone to make witty and fun replies unlike myself.

For anyone to say that Conor McGregor has not fought a diversified group of fighters that is just total bullshit. And if you are a good fan you understand this. I’m not saying he is guaranteed to win this fight by any stretch because this is a tough matchup. But he has fought a lot of great fighters with different styles. He’s 9-1 in the UFC And he won two championships. The man is great.

Hmm ok. Setting Lee's crappy cardio aside , he got finished 2 fights ago.

Records speak for themselves. Lee has 3 losses.

People rave on this forum about fedor's win streak despite all his can wins and yet khabib is closing in on it (he was 27-0-1 before he started losing) in a very talented weight class



We get to see how khabib does against McGregor. Based on what we have seen, khabib should have the edge in cardio and chin (after all Conor got rocked on the feet by Diaz of all people).
