Have a look at Conor's head in comparison to his body. It's turned sideways. Have a look at Kabib's right elbow: it's slowly turning clockwise, and that's cranking Conor's already sideways head further to the right. Khabib has secured his hands with a gable grip and pushing his right shoulder (which you can't see) into the side of Conor's neck to increase the torque.

The only variation to a typical neck crank here is that you would usually gable grip on the other side. It's a little harder to secure inverting sides, but a grappler with the skills and strength of Khabib could tap anyone with that crank.

But why am I even explaining this to you? I don't need 'my friend to put that on me'. I did MMA for seven years and I fucking know a crank when I see one. LOL at the keyboard geek saying one of the top ranked LW MMA fighters in the world tapped to something that wasn't even a submission.
