Those people talking about the Castillo fight makes me laugh. Ferguson was looking for the finish the whole fight, and everything Castillo was doing in the ground was trying to hug Ferguson. He didn't nothing to Ferguson, didn't try a sub and wasn't trying to land punches. That fight was hard to watch because if Tony wasn't looking for the finish the whole time and losing positions because of that, he would had easily won. Doubt he will do that against Khabib.

I think that is a pretty unfair assesment of the fight. Castillo certainly had a legit argument for the win. He was able to stifle most of Tony's offense with grappling control, which some should note leading into this fight with Khabib. Probably important.

I would also note that fight ended with Castillo passing Tony's guard and had him in a very tight arm triangle choke in which he was saved by the bell.

That interview only available in Russian language. Also, there was fresh interview with Abdulmanap, it was published at March 3rd in which Abdulmanap said that Khabib's current weight is a 83 kgs.

I rewatched Tibau fight recently, Khabib actually won. Rogan was embarrassing though, totally biased and unprofessional. He was convinced from beginning Tibau would win and that Khabib is just a kid so he commentated that way. Through entire 3rd round he was saying Khabib needs to finish in order to win that fight, yet it was 30-27 in favor of Khabib by all three judges. Made a total fool of himself.

Yes!!! Check my fucking post history, I have never discussed Rogan commentating because I don't think that's real MMA talk. But that's the one fight. I couldn't believe it, and I don't like Khabib. Tibau never had him in any danger and just defended effectively all night. Like, Khabib was going after Tibau and Rogan was losing his shit at how effective Tibau was at defending. Just weird IMO

I found that fight tough to score. I saw it as Tibau's bout it wasn't like there was any dominance exerted by either fighter at virtually any given point. Pretty lackluster and close.
