And, yes people did fake knock downs before. Look at Werdum vs Fedor for example. Werdum played the card called "a leader is not a fool, a leader is someone who pretends to be a fool." Werdum faked it , went down to the ground and submitted Fedor.

I'm not the only one who had questions about that fight. I even made a topic about it and it got deleted for expressing my opinion.

I don't think he necessarily meant it was fixed. Having said that, isn't it weird how in Conor/Nate 2, Nate never goes for a takedown/throw/trip until the last seconds of round 5, where he easily does it and is then on top of Conor starting to GnP? Why didn't he do that at all in an earlier round when he's a black belt in BJJ and won the last fight by sub? It's almost like they somehow encouraged him to keep it standing the whole time (where it might favor Conor) rather than go to the ground. Same could be true for Alvarez.

Fixed fighting is incredibly hard to prove. That's the problem. I doubt that all of Conor's fights are clean though. There are a few of them that look incredibly suspect, to include the Alvarez fight.

A fight purist of course wants all of the fights to be the best man winning, skill vs skill. That's not always the case though. If the NFL, NBA, MLB, professional tennis have had problems with fixing games or matches, what makes anyone think MMA and the UFC are any different?
