If he wants to be the champ he has to fight more frequently, there's no way Dana White would allow someone to be champion and not fight at least once every couple of years.

Ramadan not the big problem ufc can have him fight before that and not long after. injuries are a way bigger problem but so far since ufc 205 he not been hurt at all.
