I have not been to the doctor since it was required when I was 17 years old in order to enroll in college. I am 32 years old now, and have no idea how blocked or clear my arteries are.

For what it's worth, Smith has lost a ton of weight over the last few years. He's still a big dude, but he's way down from his heaviest weight.

I'm glad he made it, and hopefully he can continue his journey to a healthier lifestyle.

32? If you're smoking less than 60 cigarettes a day and you're not a huge fat bastard, you've almost certainly got nothing to worry about.

Go see a heart specialist. They will do a full check up. Sonogram, calcium, cholesterol, stress tests, etc.
