have you guys heard of it? i just got a pdf file i'm about to read and i wanted to know what you guys think of it in case i waste my time.
 
I wouldn't trust any diet with the prefix "keto" in it.
 
i dunno if its within the rules to post it, can any mods put some clearence on this?
 
If you can't get a mod response in three days, you might as well post it.

Did you pay for this thing, or just get it off the web? If you got it off the web, no harm, no foul.

no it doesnt. the atkins diet is a ketogenic diet, but that doesnt make all ketogenic diets atkins. all ketogenic means is low carb, and there are hundreds of those out there.

Yeah I agree. Southbeach is what a lot of celebrities do when they need to slim down fast, but don't want to go to the Atkins extreme (as I have stupidly done). I'm not sure how it would work for an athlete though.
