Kentucky Derby...and Beyond?

Wished I would have had time to do numbers for race 7. The favourite is coming in off a 2+ month layoff, and has regressed badly in it's last two races.
 
...and the 8/5 favourite finishes off the board in 4th. Idiots.

It had ran figures of 43 and 45 it's last two races after having ran in the 70's in a bunch of races before that. Also hadn't raced for nearly 70 days going into this race. That's some big minuses if T, Blunt or I had done numbers for the race. Sucks that I didn't catch it sooner.

I'm likely going back to the #3 horse once again in race 8 at Pimlico as long as it doesn't get overbet leading up to the race. 5/1 on the morning line and is tops on my numbers by a little bit over the #2 (5/2).

My #3 horses have finished 3rd, 2nd, and ??? so far today at this track.

Oh great. The #3 in race 8 was 5/1 on the morning line and opens up at even money. The #2 is 7/2, so a playable price if it stays the way it is.
 
Played the #2, #3 exacta box in race 8 here at Pimlico.
 
Took the #5 Queen Lucia here in race 1 at Penn National. Ranks 1st on the numbers by a bit, and has the new pace top angle going for it. Was 2/1 on the morning line, but is getting ignored and sitting at 5/1 currently.
 
The #5 finishes last. By about 250 lengths after getting caught up in an early pace duel. Haha.

I’d love to Shark but I’m actually up in mountains doing a fishing trip with the old man. We’ll probably be out on the water a decent part of the day.

Yeah, I've been doing okay recently, T. Besides the Derby, the last couple/few weeks have been pretty decent for me overall. Enough to get some confidence back after that disastrous stretch at the beginning of April.

Massive payouts coming up here in race 4 at Belmont for those lucky few who played this 100/1 shot who finished 2nd.
 
A 450/1 exacta, 3500/1 trifecta, and 60000/1 super.

Took the #8 Macagone here in race 5 at Belmont.
 
That fucking overbet Patch cost me about $300 in profit in the last couple of strides by about a head.
 
#1 Skyler's Scramjet should be the favourite in race 8 at Belmont and a pretty heavy one at that. Yet he isn't as of right now. I don't think his odds will stay as is, but if they do, I'll play him to win.

It did get bet down with late money and I'll pass at 6/5.
