Keeping olympic dumbell handle from unscrewing?

    I'm going to lock-tite those two hex head screws before I kill myself doing snatches. Lock-tite ok?

    There's no harm in trying loctite on the bolts, it's not going to hurt anything. If you ever wanted to get the bolts out again it is possible. Loctite is not magic, just anaerobic sealant.

    I'm going to use the loktite I use on gun parts. i'd have to freeze that shit off if I use too much.

    Just use the blue stuff and not the red, unless you never want to take it apart, not that the red is impossible just a pain
