Women don’t want to beat us at our own “sport”Why aren’t there heavyweight classes for women?

If anybody wishes the 145 women's division still existed its her. If she wins the belt I can't see her having a long run due to the insane cut sadly.

You’re not wrongAlways thought women should fight in weight classes going from 140, 130, 120, 110.
Some of the best woman in combat sports fight super light and most average women athletes fall into 110-125 ranged and this gives some room for the taller women fighters.
There is a problem in women's MMA just as there is in male MMA above 185. The top tier athletes can make more money in other sports. Granted there is not much money in women's sports period, but it still pays more outside MMA with less long-term health risks.
The UFC chose thatWho would fight in them? She was 155 in PFL. She should have stayed there. UFC had hard time keeping 145.
"Plenty of Talent" crazy use thereThe UFC chose that
There was plenty of talent at 145

They couldn't sustain 145, it was 2-3 true FWs and mostly mediocre BWs that didn't cut. There isn't enough competition. They could make it open weight and there still wouldn't be enough. There was that fight a while back where she rehydrated up like 30lbs by fight day, insane shit
Dana really should try to create a Muscle Mommy weight class to retain Kayla and make WMMA more interesting
Nah, 125 to 135 is a big jump. Leave it as it is and maybe create a 145+ that also allows lighter weights to try their luck. It'll still be mostly overweight BWs though. There really isn’t. And I’m huge WMMA fan. 145 isn’t a division.
The best option would be to expand the weight limit for Bantam weight kinda like how Men’s HW has such a large window
So the female divisions would be 115,125,145

Kayla used to talk mad crap about female fighters who'd cut down multiple pounds below their natural weight classes. About how those women were setting a bad precedent and are a disgrace to the sport of wmma. Fast-forward a years later and she's become the very person whom she admonished. This might be a stupid question. I aint no doctor... but if you cut down, why put all that weight back on just to eliminate it again a few months later? Can't you responsibly eat and diet to not put a ton of weight back on?
They could have done 145, but they didnt want to pay a lot of them. A lot of the best 145 pounders fought in Bellator and PFL.They couldn't sustain 145, it was 2-3 true FWs and mostly mediocre BWs that didn't cut. There isn't enough competition. That would basically just be waffle house, lol. Just the thought of a 180+lbs. Dyke-weight division is hilarious to me. Their tops would have the sleeves cut off and they'd all be beardless Roy Nelsons just sumo shoving each other.
Still better than power slap
