So, I got a few things to say about this video.

First and foremost, I want to call out the Texas shooting posters, who told us time and again the dad in the Texas shooting and his son, had a responsibility to remove themselves from conflict. That as the psycho dude was charging him with a bat in his hands, that the dad in Texas had a responsibility to remove himself from that conflict before it escalated to the point of deadly force being used.

Did this chick have a responsibility to remove herself from this conflict?

Hunt's friends get him back in the room after the push. That chick is still standing their yelling and talking shit. She keeps putting herself back in conflict. Why does the guy and girl return to the room entrance of Hunt's where she is pushed again?

Now Hunt claims she is hurling N-bombs at him. If that is true, does that not justify pushing people to get them to leave?

Second, if I was a KC Chiefs fan, I would be pissed, and I mean fucking heated. The Chiefs have a real chance at a Superbowl this year. They just cut one of their best players over pushing a chick. This isn't Ray Rice melting a chick. This is a push. If I paid 1,000's of dollars a year for season tickets to Chiefs games, I would be absolutely furious with the Chiefs over this.

Where to even start with this? Domestic abuse should go unpunished because season tickets.. Durr

He is on the commissioners list, he isn't eligible to play anyways.

This guys a PR nightmare and the NYGiants still need an O line. Fuck this season

Also, I want to add that physical ability shouldn't make something Illegal. It seems to be argued here, that because Hunt is so powerful, that his pushes justify this punishment.

Now, if he would have done actual damage, I could see that argument holding some water, but I don't think anyone would be calling for Emma Watson to be banned from Hollywood for pushing someone.

Seems sexist to an extreme to punish someone because they are physically more capable, especially when they are not the one instigating conflict.

Oh you mean that crazy rule where the commissioner can suspend a player because he feels like it?

The players need to renegotiate that contract. Who the fuck was responsible for that language that made the commission judge, jury, and executioner?

Workers at foxcom with their suicide nets have more rights to recourse.

What domestic abuse?

It is his hotel room. She was invited, and then un-invited. She refused to leave. She was trespassing.

What business does she have at that hotel, after being told to leave? Domestic means they both live their dummy.

What's the connection here exactly with the shooting in Texas? I would say Kareem would be the one with the "gun" here since he obviously has the massive physical advantage to do the most damage. It's just a completely different situation though outside of this being a confrontation that didn't need to happen.

Then call the front desk and let them know this stranger is harassing you. No reason for the guy to act that way.

He claims she was screaming N-bomb at him. If that is true, I think he maintained himself well.

It is clear to me, which side was trying to escalate the situation, and which side was trying to de-escalate it.

Wonder what it is like to have the priviledge to drop N-bombs, escalate conflict, and have the black dude hang for it.

The fucked up part, is that if anyone wants to be real about this. We all agree you can't go around pushing people, a punishment would seem reasonable, even if he did have reason to be furious.

The pushing does not merit the punishment. If you suspend this guy for two games, you took hundreds of thousands of dollars from him. That seems like more than adequate punishment for pushing someone who was obviously escalating the situation.

That I was told time and again, that the dad and son should have left and called the police. That it was their job to de-escalate. Hunt was trying to retreat. He goes back to his room, where she follows.

I don't see Hunt threatening her. I see Hunt's friends trying to de-escalate and forcing Hunt to retreat, the very thing, the people who blamed the Texas shooter for not doing.

So they sacked him bc he pushed a girl? And TMZ call it a brutal attack? He should sue the girl for money.
Pathetic.

How is getting physically aggressive with someone because they called you names "maintained himself well"?

Go around dropping N-bombs at black people. Let me know how many times you get a weapon pulled on you, punched, pushed, or people just walk away.

Pushing seems like about the best outcome a reasonable person would expect for that.

Btw, is she going to get charged with hate speech?

Is that a hate crime on her part?

I don't get what point you're trying to make here. Are we to assume that if they went back inside their house that the guy who got shot was going to follow them and harass them?

Also why couldn't he have called the front desk, don't they have security for this kind of stuff?

So the only way to act in response is with violence? He can't just acknowledge this chick is either drunk or retarded and call the front desk?

He put hands on a woman for words? Weak.
She fought back though, I like that.

You don't think he is drunk and retarded as well?

To be clear here, I'm not saying that you should be able to go around pushing people. I'm saying the punishment should fit the crime.

Losing his job, is a completely disproportionate response.

When did he go back to his room?
If he was back in his room, none of this would have happened.
