Elections Kamala Harris for POTUS

Yeah right, dude got domed in the debate and you idiots had a change of heart. Biden is still around, meeting with Netanyahu, he should be gone if he can’t serve.

Who is "you idiots" im not even Americam bud.

Biden is still there working, but clearly he doesn't has the energy for being POTUS + campaigning + 4 more years. If Biden stays there is a high chance that he would retire in office and Harris would be and "unelected" president.

She got bounced out of the primary in her own state and then got promoted to the 2nd highest ranking job in the entire country while they bragged about her being a black female. She's as DEI as it gets.

What the fuck does DEI means? isn't that like Affirmative Action? because the presidency isn't a job which is chosen on merit, its a popularity contest.

So for the record, I’m not the biggest fan of hers and I think Biden could’ve chosen a better VP. Even if he specifically wanted a woman of color, there were better options than Kamala.
That said, I think we have to give her the nod now because it’ll look terrible to kick the VP to the curb—especially if we kicked her to the curb in favor of a white male. Sadly, I think a ticket with her and a gay dude like Pete wouldn’t go over well, so as much as I like Pete I would like to see Mark Kelly as VP. I am also fine with Josh Shapiro although I like Kelly more. It needs to be a white dude from a battleground state, and PA has 19 electoral votes.

I was surprised how much energy there actually has been around Kamala’s candidacy. We’ll see if it lasts. But I’ve always send we do better with younger candidates. 2020 was an exception and more of a referendum on Trump, but you know us libs—we like progress, we like change, and a younger candidate like JFK, Clinton, or Obama always energizes more than a crusty old one. I think this election will be close. I don’t know yet if I think she can beat him.

This is why people don't want to vote Democrat anymore. Immutable characteristics are more important than being qualified to run the country.

Why are you surprised there's energy around the Kamala candidacy? The MSM is going to do whatever it takes to help the Dems win. Kamala is a puppet and all the other politicians who are now supporting her are puppets. It's no different than Republican politicians who shit on Trump and then all the sudden support him when it benefits them. None of these people give a shit about us. It's all about power and money.

If you call Kamala Harris that has left out Southern Border lawless and orderless that person, you're living in a different reality. Child trafficking has been way up. Murder at the border has been way up. Crime from illegal aliens is again... way up. How does that align with your claims?

I didn't realized the VP job was to secure the border.

Diversity, equity and inclusion. It's basically just racism and discrimination in reverse.

Kamala didn't get the VP nod because she won any sort of popularity contest. She was just chosen out of the blue by Biden because she was a black female.

Fox News is the most watched MSM and they are pro-Republican.

MSM also outright bullied Biden out of running and treats Dems to a much higher standard than Republicans.

She got appointed as VP because of her "Color" and gender and that was it and that's what people are simply pointing out.

I didn't realized the VP job was to secure the border.

She was give the job by Joe Biden early in the administration. Now you know.

Now... I know the MSM is busy trying to re-write this history for the Left Cult to exonerate Kamala Harris, but many of us actually remember and there are still articles out there. I've seen many scrubbed that I had linked which are now conveniently gone from NY Times and WaPo.

And Pence was chosen because he was Christian Evangelical, was he a DEI?

Difference between characteristics you're born with and things you believe in. They were both picked to try and appeal to certain voters, but it's technically kinda different.

Although you could argue him being a white male played a role as well, but if they'd go with that strategy I'm not sure why Trump didn't just pick a white Christian woman.

How can you say that with a straight face while having Trump as president. Trump is categorically unfit for the presidency and you couldn't prepare him in 100 years to be a president.

Trump would be a good con man. real estate agent, used car salesmen or something of that ilk.

But presidential material he is not.

Serious question: How many years do you think it will take for people to not be so comfortable being openly racist and sexist? Why is it okay and "normal" to make strategic decisions based on immutable traits?

I remember back in the 80's that whenever there was a black quarterback in the NFL, all anybody could talk about his race.... now you don't ever hear that brought up when a new quarterback enters the draft. That's progress.

When do you think that will be true of race and gender in politics?

In the little time they let her get in front of the camera all she did was cackle and say stupid shit. That's why they hid her. Now she is pushed out front we will see just more of the same.
Wow, some people are really triggered by a successful and happy woman of color.

What is it about her laugh that rubs you the wrong way? I don't understand why this bothers you guys.

Dem voters should be irate that they did not get to select their candidate. All this talk about saving democracy and all they did was force you to have to vote for another Democratic puppet.
They should be used to it by now. The last two DNC primaries were completely rigged as well.

The Protectors of Democracy, LOL...

Neither was picked on merit alone, although both are capable, which is what DEI is criticized for.

Although you could argue him being a white male played a role as well, but if they'd go with that strategy I'm not sure why Trump didn't just pick a white Christian woman.
Trump went this time with a yesman because in his eyes Pence betrayed him and Vance said he was willing to overturn democracy for Trump.

So the DEI vs the Yesman.

Remind me how Trump did at the GOP debates this cycle?

Lmao

GOP literally just ran a campaign primary where their selected candidate wasn't even required to participate.

I mean you basically just described what a President actually is, LOL...
