There are people that want the government to tell them what information they can receive and share. They forfeit freedom for what they perceive is security, but is actually fascism / authoritarianism. They are called Democrats.

I'm vehemently opposed to both though. It also doesn't answer the Kamala question. It's like her supporters just ignore her terrible policies and just want to vote for her because she's not Trump.

I don't think either of those matter as neither policy would survive a 1st amendment court challenge. If anything Trump's is more likely to stand up to judicial scrutiny given he has 6 lackeys on the SCOTUS.
