Elections Kamala Harris for POTUS

The host network of the first presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump is revealed to have a major conflict of interest.

It's no secret that Vice President Harris has a close, personal friendship with Dana Walden, the co-chair of Disney Entertainment, which owns ABC News.

She even credits the exec for her marriage to Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff.

ABC News is slated to host the first of three showdowns between Harris and Trump on September 10.

Some have also said that ABC shouldn't host the debate because Trump is suing its longtime host George Stephanaopoulos for defamatory comments made on air.

Vice President Kamala Harris has a close friendship with Disney co-chair Dana Walden that some claim creates a massive conflict with the first debate with Donald Trump next month hosted by ABC News.

Harris first met Walden in 1994, and their husbands have known each other since the 1980s, according to The New York Times.

The vice president has called herself 'extraordinary friends' with the Waldens.

But ABC insists there is no conflict and says while Walden, 59, oversees 18 businesses across the Disney empire – including ABC News – she has no say in editorial decisions.

Dana and Matt Walden have donated to Harris' political campaigns since 2003 when she was running for district attorney in San Francisco.

'In many ways, Dana and Matt are responsible for my marriage,' Harris joked during an April 2022 fundraiser at the Waldens' home in the wealthy neighborhood of Brentwood in Los Angeles, California.

The couple set Harris up on a blind date with the father-of-two.

Disney Entertainment noted in a statement that Walden has not hosted a fundraiser for Harris since June 2022, which is when ABC News came under her purview.

Walden did donate $20,000 in 2023 to support President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party, according to public filings.

ABC News is slated to host the first of three showdowns between Harris and Trump on September 10.

They say Kamala Harris does not want to do the Foxnews debate. She wants favoritism which why she is not doing interviews and only goes to places that are very favorable to her.

he's one of the weirdo eastern european larpers.

Yeah, and to his credit, I do think it's harder for people outside the US to feel the rising Kamala enthusiasm versus Trump enthusiasm.

Fascists all around the world look at Trump as a beacon of hope. He's so aggressive, so authoritative, that he inspires way more than centrist candidates. This is why his staunchest supporters here in the WR are a bunch of Canadians.

In that sense, Kamala is a more establishment candidate and those types aren't gonna draw international attention nearly as much.

"Rusher, if you're listening...!"

How much of a "stable genius" do you have to be to fall for a phishing e-mail when you're running a campaign for the Presidency of the U.S.A.?

The current president of the united states cannot count to 3.

I don't care about any of that.

I just care about policy.

Virtue over policy is how we are currently in a global mess.

Me: I see your but Trump and raise you name one Kamala Harris policy.

But Trump Bros. #21:

Again because you seem really slow and hung up on Trump, the original post you said ↓↓↓

She is also currently the elected vice president If she believes strongly in these policies, she could use her current position to advocate more aggressively for them. But she's been Houdini for 3.5 years.
I asked a fair question ↓↓↓

Name one policy or initiative that VP Pence advanced under Trump for which he was credited.
If you feel Harris can advocate aggressively for policies she believes in as VP I ask where an example was sent in Pence as VP, other than doing the proper thing and certifying votes. You admitted to not having an answer, so once again we done here son.

Great piece. Thanks for sharing that. It's insane. They brainwash the feeble minded or those that are Marxist and don't care about truth.

Here's a how the weak minds are brainwashed.

WALZ (Small Sample)

  • CNN HOST: A Midwestern dad, like super clean-cut vibe!
  • KASIE HUNT, CNN: Everybody likes Tim Walz!
  • CLAIRE MCCASKILL, MSNBC: So plain-spoken and relatable.
  • ASHLEY ALLISON, CNN: As moderate and independent as it comes.
  • ALAYNA TREENE, CNN: A pretty moderate Democrat.
  • JOE SCARBOROUGH, MSNBC: A very moderate record.
  • JOY REID, MSNBC: A new moderate.
  • JOAN WALSH, THE NATION: I think this is the new moderate
  • MICHAEL STEELE, MSNBC: Far from progressive.
  • YAMICHE ALCINDOR: He's not just an old white man.
  • CHUCK TODD, NBC: Tim Walz speaks American.
  • CHARLIE SYKES: He talks like a regular person.
  • SUSAN PAGE, USA TODAY: Tim Waltz is the opposite of weird.
  • CHUCK TODD, NBC: He is basically younger Joe Biden.
  • JOHN KASICH: Regular old Joe out there
  • DANA BASH, CNN: We have a populist approach to fear on the Republican side and the happy populism that Tim Walz is on the ticket on the Democratic side
  • MICHAEL SCHEAR, NEW YORK TIMES: Walz is a kind happy warrior.
  • S.E. CUPP, CNN: Happy warriors.
  • ANDREA MITCHELL, MSNBC: He was certainly the happy warrior last night... and seemed to be a happy warrior last night.
  • JONATHAN LEMIRE, POLITICO: A happy warrior, folksy backstory.
  • MARK MCKINNON: They are going to be very happy warriors!
  • LAWRENCE O'DONNELL, MSNBC: There is a new happy warrior!
  • ASTEAD HERNDON, NEW YORK TIMES: Following the happy warrior mold.
  • JOHN HEILEMANN: Happy warrior.
  • PETER ALEXANDER, NBC NEWS: Happy warrior mentality.
  • JOE SCARBOROUGH, MSNBC: Hope, optimism, joy.
  • TOREY VAN OTT, AXIOS: Salt of the Earth of the Midwestern uncle vibes.
  • SABRINA RODRIGUEZ, WASHINGTON POST: The quintessential midwestern dad.
  • KAISE HUNT, CNN: Tim Walz keeps winning hot dish contests, apparently.
  • RACHEL MADDOW, MSNBC: Tim Walz is so funny that if he's good at this, he will release a recipe for a hot dish.
  • MICHAEL STEELE, MSNBC: All of his time on the ground, you know, fixing F-150s.
  • DAVID AXELROD: Walz is out of a Norman Rockwell painting, right? He's small-town America incarnated.
  • ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: Midwest, Your uncle, your dad.
  • MIKE BARNICLE, MSNBC: I'm going to call him the coach from now until election day.
  • JONATHAN LEMIRE, POLITICO: Coach! Coach!
  • JOY REID, MSNBC: Tim Walt, the plain-spoken fun uncle who will defend the people he loves.
  • MOLLY JONG FAST, MSNBC: He ice fishes. He's a hunter. He does butter carving. You know, he is a rural person.

If you compare this coverage to what Vance gets, it's a completely opposite reaction by the MSM. The weird part is hearing the Left Cult repeat these Orwellian talking points.

Harris's first policy announcement sounds really familiar.......

I'm old enough to remember when Harris cast the tie breaking "no" vote that would have allowed a bill to pass that would have removed the tax on tips.

Maybe because Walz is awesome and principled and Vance is a soulless piece of shit who completely flips on what he believes whenever it’s convenient. But yeah it can’t be that… it’s got to be the cult. You know the cult that begged Biden to step down because he’s too old. The cult that actually questions its leadership and makes criticisms. Trump says any lie and his dumbass magat followers believe it no questions asked.

Nice deflection again.

It's not a fair question cause Pence isn't VP anymore. There is no point to talk about Pence when the subject is Harris.

But to answer your stupid, dumb ass, illogical, pointless question: he didn't do a damn thing for 4 years and he didn't run for the presidency. Harris is.

Now what has Harris done?

Answer my question. But you can't cause she has no policies.

The current president of the united states cannot count to 3.

I don't care about any of that.

I just care about policy.

Virtue over policy is how we are currently in a global mess.

The current President is capable of doing the job, he's just not capable of winning re-election.

Project 2025 is a policy that should be terrifying everyone that's not a millionaire or billionaire.

Harris's first policy announcement sounds really familiar.......

I'm old enough to remember when Harris cast the tie breaking "no" vote that would have allowed a bill to pass that would have removed the tax on tips.

She actually co-sponsored the Working for the People Act with a bunch of other do-nothing democrats. It was never put to a vote and she never tried to get it to a vote.

She did, however, refuse to vote to increase minimum wage in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. She elected to allow the parliamentarian to be the final decision maker.

She had a chance to stand for something but she did her famous Houdini disappearing act instead.
